Docker Desktop installer does not work

This is an issue that CANNOT be fixed and will be replaced with installation guides.
The library that NovAMPP relies on for process elevation (required for Docker Desktop and WSL2 to install) is deprecated and broken in Electron, causing any attempts to ask for sudo or UAC administrator perms to be silenced, alongside the fact that the library is not displaying any errors when it fails.
There is practically no alternative to this besides giving bash and batch scripts due to the lack of libraries for this purpose, therefore, for now, this cannot be fixed.
